Alternate day classes for each subject: 1½ to 2 hours each, scheduled either in the morning (7–9 AM) or

evening (6–8 PM).

1. Admission Cancellation

Students can cancel their admission within 7 days of joining the course. A written request must be submitted to the administration either via email or in person at the center.

2. Refund Policy

Full Refund:

A full refund will be provided if the student cancels their admission within 7 days of payment and has attended no more than 2 classes.

Partial Refund:

If more than 2 classes have been attended within the first 7 days, a partial refund may be issued after deducting pro-rata charges for the classes attended and an administrative fee (₹500 or 5% of the total course fee, whichever is higher).

No Refund:

No refund will be applicable after 7 days from the date of course commencement, or if the student has attended more than 7 classes.

No refund will be provided for absence, personal reasons, or dissatisfaction not related to the quality of teaching.

3. Batch or Subject Transfer

Students may request a change in batch or subject within 10 days of joining. Transfers will be subject to seat availability and may include a nominal transfer fee.

4. Mode of Refund

Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 10 to 15 business days. Refunds will only be issued to the original payer (student or parent who made the payment).

5. Online Payments

In case of duplicate or failed online transactions, any excess amount will be refunded automatically within 5 to 7 working days by our payment gateway partner.

6. Course Cancellation by Academy

If a course or batch is cancelled by Element Academy due to any unforeseen circumstances, the student may be transferred to another batch without any refund. For Course cancellation partial refund may be given calculating the number of classes conducted during the period.

On average, you’ll get 30–50 practice problems per chapter, including 10 challenging

questions modeled on JEE/NEET patterns.

Printed notes are given at the start of each module.

Digital PDFs are uploaded to your Student Dashboard within 24

hours of each class.

Foundation Course (Class 9–10): Builds strong conceptual fundamentals, introduces

problem solving techniques, and includes Olympiad and NTSE style questions to

prepare students early for competitive exams.

Regular Course (Class 11–12): Focuses on the full CBSE/State Board syllabus alongside

IIT-JEE/NEET topics, with advanced problem sets, extensive mock tests, and interview

strategy sessions.

IIT-JEE: 40 full length JEE Mains & Advanced mock tests spread across the year, plus

chapter wise and topic wise tests after each module.

NEET: 35 full length AIIMS/NEET mock tests, along with weekly sectional tests on

Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

All lessons cover both Board and competitive exam syllabi simultaneously.

Dual mode assignments: Each chapter comes with Board pattern questions (for scoring

high marks) and advanced competitive exam questions.

Regular board format revision sessions two months before board exams.

Absolutely. Alongside regular doubt sessions, we conduct “Competitive Corner”, exclusively for IIT-JEE/NEET problem discussions, advanced tips, and shortcut

techniques.
